  • What is your role as a Network Administrator as part of [company name]’s Information Technology department? Please describe your job responsibilities.
  • Who do you report to? Who reports to you?
  • Do you have an organizational chart that shows the relationship of people in your organization?
  • Who does strategic planning for information systems in your company? Is there a committee to support this activity?
  • What are some major network securities issues Network Administrators face on job daily?
  • What are the most common networking problems that you as a Network Administrator deal with on a daily basis?
  • What are some of the more common user problems that Network Technicians face on a daily basis?
  • Does [company name] have a WAN infrastructure?
  • Does [company name] have an operating Intranet? What is the Intranet for?
